David established The Estate Planners Group in 2001, and he serves as the President of the company. He is a veteran of the financial services industry and has worked for over twenty years helping seniors.

Fox Business Channel, CNBC, and Fox 29 News are among some of those who have interviewed David for his financial insights and perspective.  He has been quoted online and in various magazines such as: USA, Financial Advisor Magazine, The New York, Bloomberg’s, The Wall Street Journal (, The Chicago Sun, AOL News, Yahoo! News,, MSN Money, (The Boston Globe), (Investor’s Business Daily),, and others.

David has a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey, and has four Master’s degrees. David graduated from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, HEC Lausanne University (Switzerland), and The Swiss Finance Institute with an Executive MBA in Asset and Wealth Management in 2013. He holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation from The American College and also the Yale CPWA® professional certification.

David is married and lives in Ft. Myers FL. He has three grown sons and six wonderful grandchildren.


Dr. Michael Sullivan has held executive positions in both non-profit and for profit organizations for more than thirty years. He is skilled at helping individuals and organizations meet their strategic goals. After leaving the non-profit sector Michael began his financial services career with Prudential Financial in 1996 as a Financial Advisor. He has served as Vice President of Advisory Services with The Estate Planners Group since 2006.

NBC 10 (Philadelphia),, and have featured Michael for his financial insights and perspectives. His articles have been published on Bloomberg’s, and he has been quoted in various online publications including: AARP, Yahoo! Finance, and The Street.

Michael earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Regent University in Organizational Leadership and Renewal. He also attended The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA®).

Michael and his wife Elaine have three grown daughters and six handsome and brilliant grandsons.


Jeff has been working full time for The Estate Planners Group since 2012, serving as a Financial Advisor and portfolio manager. Jeff holds his Life & Health Insurance License and his Series 65 securities license.

Before working with EPG, Jeff worked as a Youth Director at the Ocean City Tabernacle, in Ocean City, NJ. Jeff studied at Eastern University, graduating in 2009 with a double major in Business Management and Youth Ministry, along with a minor in Biblical Studies.

Jeff and his wife Kelly and son Wade currently split their time between Bonita Springs, FL and Bradley Beach, NJ.


Kevin held executive positions at large financial services firms during his 35+ year career in Information Technology. He last served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Prudential Annuities prior to beginning his second retirement in 2016. Other endeavors over the years included starting a small business, running his own consulting services business and serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford. Again growing restless in early retirement and seeking to leverage the strong strategic planning and client facing skills developed throughout his previous career, Kevin joined EPG at the beginning of 2019.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of Hartford, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and an Insurance Executive Development Program Certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin and his wife, Siobhan, currently reside in Fort Collins, CO.


Before joining EPG as a Financial Advisor, Scott spent more than 25 years as a Senior Healthcare Administrator and General Management Executive, specifically in the Skilled Nursing area.  He has also served as Treasurer and Financial Chairman for various organizations. Scott earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Management from the University of Delaware. He holds a Series 65 License and a Nursing Home Administration License.

Scott is happily married with two daughters. He is an active volunteer in the community and has served as the head coach for township and travel sports teams.


As VP Operations at The Estate Planners Group, Katherine oversees all operational
activities of the business to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Positive client experiences and strong internal processes are her top priorities. Prior to joining EPG, Katherine worked in operations at a top venture capital firm and a small public software company in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Katherine holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California, where she studied Biological Sciences and Gerontology, the study of aging. She earned her J.D. at the Emory University School of Law.

Katherine and her husband Jordan live in New Jersey with their rescue dog Woobin.  In addition to spending time with loved ones, Katherine also enjoys playing classical piano, books and audiobooks, puzzles, and volunteering in animal rescue.


Prior to joining EPG, Halil was an Operations Associate at Bronwealth Inc. for six years. Halil holds an active Life and Health Insurance License and has also held a Series 65 License. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and playing soccer.

Halil earned his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University, where he studied Business Administration. He and his wife Yasemin married in 2012, and they have two young children – a daughter and a son.


Brian has been working full time for The Estate Planners Group since 2019. He managed Loesser & Sons LLC for four years, building homes in the Philadelphia area, before joining his father and brother at The Estate Planners Group to work in operations.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from Messiah University where he studied Business Administration.

Brian and his wife Luisa, and son Oliver currently live in Guatemala. Brian enjoys playing golf, eating good food, and traveling with his family.

Bruce Messinger

A Philadelphia native, Bruce attended Temple University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting after graduating from Central High School. After graduation he worked for several medium size public accounting firms until 2018. Bruce is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals (PSTAP).

He and his wife, Solece live in Richboro/ Bucks County. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Mary Loesser

As part of the Operations team at The Estate Planners Group, Mary specializes in client communications, schedule management, and other advisor support, as well as assisting with Retirement Smart classes. Prior to joining her husband David at EPG, Mary worked for many years in operations in the dental industry. She earned her associate’s degree in applied science from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota.

Mary was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota. She is married and lives in Fort Myers, Florida, where she has resided since 1990. She has one son Ryan, who is pursuing a degree in business. In her spare time, Mary enjoys gardening, fitness, reading, and spending time with her family.

Siobhan Yorgensen

Siobhan started her business career in the Banking Industry for ten years prior to moving into the Information Technology field within the Insurance Industry where she specialized in application development, process improvement and business analysis.  She led a global team in the development and support of a project management workflow tool used enterprise wide within a Fortune 100 company.  Siobhan joined EPG in October, 2022 to assist with Retirement Smart classes and subsequently expanded her role to support operations of our Colorado offices. Siobhan attended York University in Toronto.


Woobin is very proud to represent The Estate Planners Group as Office Mascot. A rescue dog from South Korea, Woobin is grateful for his new lease on life. He greets clients with enthusiasm, and he keeps a watchful eye as security patrol. In his spare time, Woobin’s favorite activity is foraging for snacks. He is also an avid researcher in the areas of ornithology, exercise, and the science of sleep.
